I have Excel for office 365 MSO (16.0.14) 32 bit installed on my machine. To enable Power View in my Excel when I go to File-Options-Add-Ins-Com-Add-ins, I do not see Power View there. I did some googling and ran though following things. Installed something called 'EnableControls', which has 3 dlls in there.

Set the policy value for User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Microsoft Excel 2016 -> Excel Options -> Security -> Trust Center -> Protected View 'Set document behavior if file validation fails' to 'Disabled'.

Whether or not you have a valid Microsoft Office license, Microsoft Excel Viewer allows you to view, but not edit, Excel spreadsheets.

Stand by me doraemon 1080p yify. While you're not given the chance to edit files you've been sent with this application, it is perfect if you need to view XLS files that you've been sent by colleagues, friends, etc.

Microsoft Excel Viewer is distributed by Microsoft at a cost of zero and may be used in both commercial environments and for home use.
