Folks, I'm learning DR as I go and am currently on DR 12.1. Too often I get a clipped that shows in Red with a big exclamation point even if the clip exist and in the actual location in the DR property. Going to the folder that contains the clip also allows me to select and play the clip. I'm baffled as to why this happens and what is the best way to fix it. I'm attaching a screen shot so you know what I'm talking about. If this was covered in a different thread, my apologies for asking again since my search did not lead to one that has an answer. Thanks.

Fallout New Vegas Red Box White Exclamation

• Red box (exclamation point) - posted in Support: Hello. Thank you for the guide. I have gone through it in its entirety. It plays really well, but I have red boxes with white exclamation points in the center of the Powder Gangers to the southeast of Goodsprings near the start. So does this mean a texture/mesh is missing? Does anyone have any idea on what it could be or what I might have done.

• I plan to just install the exclamation mark remover, but I really have been putting a couple days into trying to to actually load custom textures, sounds, meshes, and all.
• Red blocks with exclamation marks indicate missing meshes, as you've determined. This doesn't happen to me when I play ToTW, so I'm inclined to think it's one of your other mods causing it. Perhaps disable your mods one by one until you find the culprit, starting with the ones most likely to affect the environmental meshes in Tenpenny Tower.
